About the Job
The Project Manager, Center of Excellenceis responsible for the management of multiple on-going projects. Providing recurring daily/weekly/monthly executive level reporting within the Service Delivery organization. In addition to being able to coordinate across multiple groups and resources and resolving project related issues. The Project Manager, Center of Excellence reports directly to the Director, Center of Excellence Workforce Support.
Responsibilities:- Provides quality internal and external customer service surrounding the Company values.
- Manage multiple projects at one time.
- Owner of Projects that come intoCoE.
- Responsible (Owner) for timely project completion, issue identification / resolution
- Drives internal and external resources to ensure client and company objectives are met. Escalates when they are in jeopardy.
- Performs daily project tracking.
- Keeps accurate notes from meetings.
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises when appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
- Facilitates internal teammeetings effectively.
- Holds regular project status meetings with CoE and Service Delivery Leadership
- Complies with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures.
- Primary contact for creating major cases for CoE.
- Communicate CoE changes to Service Delivery
- Manage Bi-Weekly Reporting for Service Delivery
- Assist in Monthly/Quarterly CoEaudits.
- Minimumof 3 years progressive IT project management experience preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 3 years direct externally facing customer experience preferred but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in businessis a plus but not required.
- Adequate professional experience and knowledge to perform Job Responsibilities.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work both independently and with others.
- Abilityto operate in a fast moving, team-oriented,collaborative environment.
- Ability to manage projects with tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and Windows-based computer applications.
Preferred Experience
- Strong IT project management skills with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and resources in a dynamic environment acrossvarious sites and organize complex information.
- Must possess initiative with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organization, and planning skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Must possess excellent MS Office skills especially Project and Excel.
- Must display great attention to detail.
- Comfortable making presentations and facilitating meetings.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Possess general understanding in the areas of data center and managed hosting services is preferredbut not required.
- PMP certification is preferred but not required.

It’s important to note the pay range may be narrower than displayed, as various factors are used to determine the offered compensation package including skill set, level of experience, geographic locations, and other relevant factors- i.e. budgetary requirements.
Pay Range $70,000.00 - $105,600.55
