Project Manager - Aloden LLC

Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite)

Summary

Mecklenburg County is seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead and execute critical security programs and projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing enterprise security initiatives, including Privilege Access Management, Network Segmentation, and Disaster Recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Drive the successful execution of security projects throughout their lifecycle, serving as the primary point of contact and managing all project workstreams.
• Scrum Master: Act as Scrum Master on Agile projects, guiding the team through all scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring the delivery of all scrum deliverables.
• Project Management: Create and maintain project artifacts (charter, plan, etc.), manage scope, ensure quality deliverables, and facilitate project meetings.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships and expectations with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Change Management: Ensure readiness, change adoption, and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Reporting: Provide regular project updates to management, stakeholders, and business customers, establishing a clear cadence for communication.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management.
• 5+ years of experience managing security projects, specifically in Privilege Access Management, Network Segmentation, and Disaster Recovery.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible IT experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheets, Planview, Jira, DevOps, Monday.com, etc.)

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Certified Scrum Master Certification.
• Experience with One Identity Safeguard.
