Job Title: Project Manager
Overview: We are currently seeking a Project Manager with experience in commercial construction to join our team at a leading general contracting firm. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and identify and resolve any issues or delays.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders, communicating project milestones and outcomes effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment and ensuring team members are aligned with project objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with a strong track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Primavera, Microsoft Project).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
