Project Manager (Cleveland) - Rainier Recruiting

What You'll Do:

• You'll be responsible for performance and profit of your projects ($20M-$25M projects)
• As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reporting, cost reporting, and proposal preparation.
• You will also work closely with owners and design teams to develop concept drawings, oversee the buyout process, and conduct job site meetings.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• 5-10 years of experience in design/build construction.
• Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Project is also necessary.
