- Experience leading Hackathons and Innovations workshops
- Experience of managing multiple vendors
- Ability and experience to manage Business and Technology stakeholders
- Experience in Pharma commercials and R&D
- Understanding of latest technology trends and their applicability
- Good Communication and Leadership skills
Desired Skills
- Understands the digital health andemerging technologieslandscape in Pharma Domain
- Ability to listen, understand and facilitate innovation
- Excellent communication and relational skills required.
- Must have a focus on customer satisfaction
- Must be able to work independently with little direction/supervision
- Must be adaptable and capable of absorbing new concepts and situations rapidly
- Must be a strong team Player
- Must be willing to travel as needed
- Good understanding of Startups/Innovation methodology
- Good understanding of Pharma Domain
- Good Technology understanding and Architecture background to work with multiple product vendors
