Job Description:
- Engage in planning meetings and discussions along with Client Project Manager and other stakeholder
- Review running project schedules and methodology
- Perform assessment of client defined plan and execution schedule & advise for adjustments, if require
- Collaborate with all stakeholders participating in planning and execution to keep project at par with timelines
- Provides guidance to team to stay on the track and fast track the execution
- Monitor project progress and provide recommendations to adjust the schedule
- Provides recommendations to mitigate project risks and issues
- Assist Client PM in planning and execution
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Communication/liaison with the CBS-IT Project and Operation Team.
- Identifies and assigns appropriate resources to accomplish various project tasks; guides and coaches team members through various stages of the project; provides developmental feedback to team members
