Job Title: Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Location: Columbus, OH

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the team as soon as possible, with the goal of filling the role by the end of November. This position offers a competitive salary of up to $110,000, with bonuses based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project planning, execution, and delivery across various construction projects.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Implement technology to improve project efficiency.
• Maintain safety and quality standards throughout all projects.

Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial construction project management.
• Familiarity with automation, industrial, office, warehouse, recreation, and transportation projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements.
• Willingness to work onsite, as remote work is not an option (hybrid work may be possible in the future).
