Position Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall execution of construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project objectives, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate and oversee project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor and control project schedules, costs, and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements
Position Essential Job Functions:
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to oversee project progress
- Prepare and review project documentation, contracts, and change orders
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project implementation
Position Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in project management software and tools
Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $125,000, commensurate with experience
