Job Description
This role will be responsible for program management activities related to deploying Global Tech Company's physical security requirements for its building and property infrastructures. The scope of program management includes assistance, coordination, and communication of:

1. Work assignment instructions
2. Risk assessment reports
3. Other reports or records as may be periodically requested by Global Tech Company
4. Project and program monitoring and controlling: a. Phone call/video/Text/SMS/Chat/Email communications b. Weekly/daily reports, tracker, and dashboard updates c. Constant program improvement
5. Global Tech Company reserves the right to give direct instructions to the contractor personnel as needed during the terms of this SOW.

B. Documentation: The contractor will adhere to Global Tech Company standards and formats for project documentation, which Global Tech Company will communicate to the contractor.
C. Technical Requirements: The contractor will provide program management resources with the following preferred experience and/or domain expertise:

1. University degree or equivalent professional certification.
2. General knowledge of laws and practices of security and safety.
3. Experience in information-gathering techniques and documentation.
4. Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
6. Interpersonal skills to work with varied stakeholders across organizational levels.
7. Multi-disciplinary experience in project and program management, working with specialist knowledge resources in physical security design and implementation, security management, risk management, incident handling, crisis management, investigations, information security, and CPTED, among other disciplines.
8. Ability to coach and impart awareness to the team as well as stakeholders.

D. Functional Requirements: The contractor will provide program management governance and oversight related to compliance in the following areas:

1. Assisting Global Tech Company stakeholders in security systems deployments.
2. Assisting with program oversight of the design and installation of security systems.
3. Assisting in the management of Global Tech Company installation teams.
4. Coordinating and leading project management team meetings.
5. Assisting in executing protocols and policies set out by Global Tech Company.
6. Assisting in assessments and reporting of lessons learned and risk mitigations.
7. Assisting in the requirements fulfillment review of security systems.
8. Assisting as instructed by Global Tech Company in other actions and tasks related to the program.

E. Other Requirements: The contractor will participate quarterly in Global Tech Company's Quarterly Business Reviews, as described by Global Tech Company ( "QBR ).
F. Assumptions and Dependencies:

1. This partially remote service anticipates the need for travel expenses occasionally. Global Tech Company will plan and pre-approve travel. Travel expenses shall follow Global Tech Company's expense guidelines and be invoiced at reasonable and actual rates.
2. Suitable Global Tech Company representatives will provide a walkthrough of the requirements within this initiative's scope.
3. Global Tech Company will provide contractor resources with secure access to a Global Tech Company non-production environment and any required applications only to the extent necessary for the Embedded Program Managers to perform the services.
4. Contractor resources will use Global Tech Company-provisioned laptops and email for all activities under this SOW.
