Permanent Corporate Interiors Project Manager

In this role, you'll lead multiple projects within the corporate interiors division, focusing on ensuring high performance and meeting job responsibilities, managing projects, fostering client relationships, and handling financial reporting. Your duties will also involve supporting estimators and pre-construction managers throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Work collaboratively with field management, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Drive project success by setting and achieving planning goals and deadlines.
- Monitor project progress and apply strategies for safe and effective project completion.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Take on a leadership role and be a key resource for the project team.
- Oversee and guide staff, offering constructive feedback.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
- Develop and maintain project schedules.
- Use financial management tools to keep projects within budget.
- Coordinate processes to ensure efficient workflow.
- Address problems, seek appropriate support for decision-making, and resolve issues positively.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field preferred.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in construction management.
- Strong skills in project management and communication.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction documents.
- Knowledge of construction regulations and standards.
