About the Job
- PM Experience 8-10 Years in hospitality domain
- Experience in any CRS product implementation preferably SHR or IBS.
- OTA Integration.
- Experience in PMS Systems preferably Opera /Opera Cloud or any Oracle hospitality products.
Req'd Experience - PM with Central Reserve System experience

A central reservation system is used in the hospitality industry, It's a type of reservation software that is used to update and maintain hotel inventory and rate information so that hotels are able to manage guest reservations in real-time.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from inception to closure with adherence and tracking to client objectives, project scope and goals, schedule commitments, and budget
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, planning and managing resources, objectives, schedules, budget, milestones, dependencies and work with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to understand the audience and adjust communication to meet audience need and business purpose.
- Ability to use strong analytical skills and creative thinking to understand complex business problems and identify solutions.
- Adherence and leadership in executing and delivering with quality.
- Understand client business functions, requirements, and objectives in relation to and in support of the client adoption and use of client products, solutions, and services.
- Identify solutions to client needs; recognize crisis and know when to escalate.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to mature, extend, expand, and strengthen the client business relationship
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Superior written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal, listening skills, problem resolution and conflict management

- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite including MS Project, Visio.
