Job Description
Technical/Functional Skills
Extensive project management experience Product owner/scrum master experience/certification Experience in managing MES Implementations, Global Roll out and support programs. Exp in handling budget, risk management, customer coordination, managing onsite-offshore team coordination. Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Roles & Responsibilities
Should be able to help team in resolving issues related to development, rollout or support, enhancements. Should have interact with SMEs / plant users / various stake holders for various project activities, planning and execution of the project. Should have been part of MES deployment (for entire SDLC) which includes experience in planning, designing, architecting, configuring, developing, testing, implementation, integration with other applications, deployment, multi-site roll out, Support, etc. Should be able to own production go live and hyper care support during implementation. Experience working in onshore-offshore model
Generic Managerial Skills
Good understanding of Industry Standards such as MESA, ISA95 etc. Knowledge of Azure DevOps / MS Project Good understanding of metal / manufacturing domain Operations Desire to work in an IT system environment Strong issue solving and analysis skills. Strong stakeholder management experience Interacting with client for the delivery, risk and budget management
