Position Overview:
The Project Manager will oversee the day-to-day execution of AV integration projects. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. This role also offers a path to future leadership as the company continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of AV integration projects
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth project delivery
- Assist in developing standard operating procedures and optimizing workflows
- Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure projects stay on track
- Contribute to the company’s growth by improving project management processes and demonstrating leadership
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of project management experience, preferably in AV, construction, or related fields
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail
- Experience with Crestron, Savant, Lutron, or Control4 systems is preferred but not required
- A clean driving record is a must
- Desire to grow within the company and take on new responsibilities

Compensation:
Salary: $75,000-$110,000 (based on experience)
