What you'll be doing:
- Lead two or more Scrum teams facilitating and ensuring progress toward delivery goals using Agile practices and coordinate with other non-scrum teams involved in the effort.
- Manage budget and schedules for assigned programs/projects.
- Identify dependencies and removes impediments to the scrum team's progress.
- Facilitate core Agile ceremonies with two or more teams (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Demo, Retrospective, and Backlog refinement).
- Facilitate collaborative sessions with internal clients and/or external vendors on complex/large-scale projects to formulate creative and practical solutions to software challenges.
- Ensure assigned scrum teams quickly self-organize into high-value delivery teams; ensure and support the empowerment of the team.
- Coach your scrum teams and other scrum teams to support Agile adoption and application of principles.
- Develop & execute complex effective project &/or program management throughout the project development lifecycle, including but not limited to: project planning, resource planning change management and communications planning, & managing changes to the scope
- Ensure that the project schedule is accurate, updated, and reflective of authorized changes.
- Direct and deliver complex projects and/or programs conforming to project management standards and processes as designated by their assigned area of responsibility, including applicable change control and project management methodology.
- Identify key cross-functional issues and project synergies; provides guidance with specific project issues
- Collaborate effectively with management and appropriate project stakeholders on complex issues and conflicts that impact time, cost, scope, quality and risk of assigned projects/programs.
- Analyze assigned project and/or program plans to validate if project outcomes will meet the business needs and align/support operational plans/objectives and recommends mitigation plans.
- Identify complex project/program resourcing needs and facilitates the procurement of needed hardware, software and human resources for the project.
