Job Title: Project Manager
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
The Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution, evaluation and overall performance objectives with expertise in contract deliverables, quality control, and the placement of qualified personnel on this contract. The PM will serve as the Contractor’s authorized point of contact with the client and shall ensure contract compliance and satisfactory performance. This role demands strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects across various departments. Conducts program reviews, inspections, and/or audits to evaluate the adherence of programs to policies, plans, and other boundaries by tracking tasks and project milestones, and holding project briefings with senior management or other groups as appropriate.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree, Master’s degree (preferred), or PMP certified.
- Four (4) years of experience in Federal grants.
- Experienced in overseeing the drafting of technical documents for upper-level management.
Preferred:
- Experience in direct management of a minimum of 10 mid-level people.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Be responsible and accountable for the entire project and its outcomes.
• Serve as a primary liaison with the COR.
• Coordinate both programmatic and financial elements of the services provided.
• Ensure completion of all reporting requirements of the Performance Work Statement (i.e., programmatic and financial reports).
• Inform the COR of any issues or concerns related to the contract.
• Oversee all aspects of the project, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Interface with the senior levels of the customer’s organization.
• Consult with customers and personnel to formulate and review tasks-plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance with project task schedules, costs, and contractual obligations.
HOURS OF OPERATION
8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday except for Federal holidays or when the Government is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government-directed closings.
PRIMARY PLACE OF PERFORMANCE:
The primary place of work to be performed under this contract will be virtual.
TRAVEL:
Travel will be required.
• For planning purposes, there will be a minimum of four (4) monitoring/on-site grant recipient visits per year and up to four (4) coordinated meetings or sessions per year.
Clearance Level Required: Must be able to pass a Federal Background check.
