About the Job
We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager/Estimator in the Boca Raton/Ft. Lauderdale area to run an $8MM project slated to run through mid 2026 for an EIFS/Stucco/Restoration contractor. This candidate would need to effectively run this large repair project while simulataneously performing business development functions to grow business to the point where a new branch will be opened in South Florida. Huge growth opportunity, as this person will run the branch operations once enough work has been established. Must be capable of estimating and running work as a PM for a restoration contractor.
