- They are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Estimator Project Manager to join their growing team in the Concrete Restoration department.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for estimating and managing commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to develop accurate cost estimates
- Analyze and interpret project blueprints, drawings, and specifications to accurately estimate material, labor, and equipment costs
- Prepare take-offs, the scope of work, and bid packages for commercial construction projects
- Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to obtain quotes
- Analyze bid results and prepare detailed proposals and cost estimates for clients
- Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction to project completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor project progress and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and project team members to ensure that project goals are met
- Develop project leads.
- Coordinate and manage all projects, and activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Ensure that project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports, is completed accurately and on time
Work Environment:
- As an Estimator / Project Manager, the employee will be subject to an office and job site/field setting.
- Work environments may include but are not limited to the following: seasonal temperatures, high spaces, small spaces, loud and frequent noises, standing/walking for up to 12 hours a day, indoor/outdoor settings, and areas close to traffic.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience as a commercial construction estimator and be knowledgeable of project management principles Understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs. A high degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience with Specialty Contractors or a "Self-Performing" contractor Experience in sales/marketing a plus Strong leadership and management skills Travel: Travel to and from job sites is required. RAM will compensate for travel expenses if applicable.
