Position: Project Manager / Estimator
Job Summary: GPAC, in partnership with a leading firm, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager/Estimator. The successful candidate will oversee Civil work with a focus on Sewer and ideally Road Tunneling, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of Civil projects, including Sewer and Road Tunneling (Directional Drilling & Horizontal Drilling).
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and plans.
- Estimate project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Prepare and review project proposals, contracts, and change orders.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work is performed according to specifications and safety standards.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Project Management and Estimation within Civil work, specifically in Sewer and Road Tunneling.
- Strong knowledge of Directional Drilling and Horizontal Drilling techniques.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and estimating tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Compensation:
- Base Salary: $130k (negotiable based on experience)
- No out-of-pocket / co-payment (Highest level BCBS benefits)
