Project Manager - Design Systems, Inc.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experience Project Manager to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of ensuring the overall success of each project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate multiple projects from inception to completion
- Organize and lead weekly contractor meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
- Maintain accurate meeting minutes and a comprehensive open points list for follow-up.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with contractors and team members to ensure effective collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, Business Administrator, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Experience in the Material Handling and/or parcel handling industry is a plus.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- Travel within North America should be expected (10%-20%)

• Microsoft Office (5 years)
• Microsoft Project (2 years)
• Autodesk Construction Cloud (1 year)
