Pay Range: $70k-$90k
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Job Description
Candidates should have the following capabilities/ experience/ ambitions:
- Oversee all aspects of the projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling the projects from start to finish
- Track and estimate projects’ costs, schedule, equipment and manpower requirements
- Coordinate with shop, field and customers’ personnel to ensure the project’s success
- Getting dirty; reading drawings, planning work, taking field measurements, and participating in project meetings with gritty old superintendents
- Overseeing and managing materials and, at times, completing shop drawings
- Communicate across departments throughout the project life cycle
