Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Flooring Project Manager. As a Flooring Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of flooring projects, from conception to completion. This includes coordinating with clients, managing project timelines, supervising installation teams, and ensuring that all projects are completed within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of flooring projects from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors for project coordination.
- Create project plans, allocate resources, and procure materials.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales objectives and revenue goals.
- Supervise installation teams and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Monitor project progress, address issues, and maintain quality control.
- Manage project budgets and document project details.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in flooring.
- Proven experience in sales in the flooring industry.
- Knowledge of flooring materials, installation techniques, and standards.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and travel to project sites.
