Job Purpose
The role of Project Manager II will partner with functional and regional stakeholders across the S&N business including corporate to coordinate and facilitate key strategic projects. The job holder will ensure that appropriate levels of engagement, analysis, challenge and key decisions are made with respect to strategically important projects. Specifically, the individual will manage one or more high-level, complex non-technical projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements from project initiation through project planning, execution, and closure.
The successful candidate will initiate and develop robust project plans, and will track, monitor, and document progress on each project, to ensure all key deliverables are achieved with a focus on quality and timeliness. He or she will coordinate and work in cross-functional teams to offer organisation and process support, including regular updates to key stakeholders and senior management.

Principal Accountabilities

Strategic Projects
- Facilitate the design, planning, execution and support of key strategic projects, as well as facilitating ongoing implementation and deployment of project outputs
- Monitor and assess processes overtime to identify possible process improvements
- Mediate and manage the interest of various relevant stakeholders
- Lead internal projects managing stakeholder requirements: from initiation through to deployment encompassing project life cycle, resource planning and deployment, project evaluation and recommendations
- Generate project reports, identifying successful completion of key milestones and deliverables whilst adopting the right change management methodologies, identifying any critical risks and issues that require follow up action
- Work cross-functionally to gather feedback and requirements with a focus on analytics and process
- Meet stakeholder commitments on-time and provide high quality client-centric service
