Company Structure 

EML is an ASX listed company head quartered in Brisbane and trading on the Australian stock exchange. This role is a key member of the Europe leadership team.

What you’ll do 

• Lead client program design, implementation, testing, and launch by collaborating with internal and client stakeholders
• Act as the subject matter expert on the implementation scope and contracted details, billing requirements, etc.
• Set up and configure new programs in EML’s platform and ensure all elements of the program configuration are in place prior to launch
• Provide timely project status updates to client and internal stakeholders, including relevant project risks and blockers
• Drive efforts to remove barriers and ensure successful completion of the overall project
• Create documentation and training as needed to ensure all internal and external teams have a strong understanding of how the new program will operate
• Complete and submit documentation to issuing team and network for review and approval
• Perform quality assurance testing on all project details to ensure a successful launch
• Develop new processes to support the client needs as dictated by the contract or statement of work, and secures necessary organizational buy in
• Identify and manage all related project risks, issues and dependencies

• 3+ years in program or project management

• A deep understanding of how to work with a partner to find and address their needs and wants to ensure success
• Experience presenting complex solutions in understandable ways #simplicity

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and projects and knowing how to adapt between the groups.  #oneteam
• A technical aptitude, and hunger to learn more
• Experience with technical troubleshooting
• Experience implementing solutions with API integrations
• Competency with project management software (Microsoft Project, Monday.com, etc.)
