Pharm Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one "clean" ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.

The program will simplify the Pharm ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes in order to have a cost effective, fit for purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharm business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.

The Project Manager is part of the Pharm Transcend Global PMO team responsible for oversight and value delivery of the Pharm Transcend program. The Project Manager will support the orchestration of the Pharm Transcend program with specific focus on the program performance and proactive risk management.

As a part of the role, the candidate will work across all program pillars to ensure governance and smooth program execution with appropriate, timely, and transparent visibility of status at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor program health indicators, interdependent milestones, work and resource plans, and work with the functional PMO analysts to proactively identify and escalate risks and issues to the Global PMO Lead while recommending solutions and ensuring mitigation plans are in place.

• Update program reports and dashboards, support preparing status summaries for leadership.

• Support the Global PMO Lead in managing the regular program team meetings, prepare agendas, maintain meeting minutes, actions, decision logs.

• Create, manage and control PMO documentation, such as templates, mid-level plans, roadmaps, playbook elements, presentations.

• Act as a Super User of the PMO tool.

• Develop and update training materials on the tool functionality for all program teams.

• Provide guidance to new and existing users of the tool as well as related reporting standards and governance processes.

• Drive compliant use of the PMO tool to ensure appropriate data quality and completeness is provided by all program teams.

• Carry out any other duties related to the given scope of practice in support of the team primary activities and objectives. Qualifications:

Required:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree.

• Minimum 2 years in a PMO or project role.

• Minimum 8 years relevant business experience.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Regional and cultural awareness / ways of working.

• Strong analytical skills and proven ability to make conclusions based on analytical findings.

• Self-starter, with proactive and independent approach.

• Flexible, thriving on change and able to adapt to it.

• Expert knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred:

• Certifications in Project Management and/or Process Management such as FPX and/or Lean Six Sigma, and knowledge of project tools (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet).

• Direct experience of working in operational SC, and/or on SC system implementations.

This position may require up to 10% travel internationally or domestically.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $99, 000 to $170,200.
