The Project Manager will be expected to maintain and adhere to project construction schedules, budgets, cost and quality control measures and safety practices. Must have Senior Living Building Experience.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software, and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
