Location: Hayward, CA
Salary: $90,000.00 USD Annually - $115,000.00 USD Annually

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated On-Site Project Manager to lead our manufacturing projects in the vibrant city of San Leandro! This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
  
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
  
• Provides guidance and support to the field service team during installation and start-up
  
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
  
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact
  
• Oversee the allocation of resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency
  
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budget constraints
  
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• BS Degree in Engineering Preferred
• 2+ years experience working in the manufacturing industry
• Great communications 
• Strong SAP knowledge 
• Able To Travel 
• Must Be able To Work Onsite
