About the role
In this role you will be serving as a vital piece in the management and timelines for all clinic operations projects. Prior HealthCare experience is vital to being successful in this role.
What you"ll do
Utilize knowledge of clinic operations to bolster and improve project work, aligning with organizational objectives.
Supervise and direct clinic-related projects, encompassing new ventures, process enhancements, and changes in operations.
Collaborate with clinic staff, suppliers, and external collaborators to guarantee effective project realization and amalgamation.
Formulate and administer clinic project timelines, delegate responsibilities, and ensure the achievement of key milestones.
Provide updates on project advancement, foresee and address potential risks, and raise concerns to higher management when necessary.
Work with vendors and external entities to facilitate the success of projects and programs.
Disseminate information about project progress, modifications, and challenges to stakeholders, highlighting critical and time-sensitive matters.
Modify project scopes and schedules as required, recording alterations and securing appropriate consents.
Craft and manage project timelines, allocate duties, and supervise task fulfillment to ensure prompt completion.
Independently spearhead projects, work with colleagues to establish feasible deadlines, and overcome obstacles.
Generate comprehensive minutes, action points, and monitor their fulfillment with utmost responsibility.
Design and deliver project progress summaries and visual representations to a varied audience, including clinic personnel, medical providers, department heads, and executive leaders.
Foster the development and adoption of project management methodologies, instruments, and procedures for ongoing enhancement.
Define and track project objectives and criteria for success.
Fulfill sporadic data inquiries and perform pertinent investigations to aid organizational aims.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor"s Degree: Preferred fields include Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related field.
Project Management Experience: 3-5 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of successful project leadership and delivery.
Clinic Operations Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in clinic operations, with an understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of healthcare settings.
Project Management Skills: Competency in planning, executing, and closing projects, including scope management, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with clinic operations, healthcare regulations, and compliance standards.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and inform data-driven decisions that support project objectives.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engaging with various stakeholders, including clinic staff, leadership, and vendors.
Organizational Skills: Robust organizational capabilities to handle multiple tasks, prioritize efficiently, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
Problem-Solving Skills: Quick problem identification and the development of effective solutions to ensure project continuity.
Leadership and Team Management: Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, inspiring team members, and managing stakeholder expectations.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, SmartSheets) and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Change Management Skills: Aptitude for managing and facilitating change in a clinical environment, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal operational disruption.
Cultural Competency: Ability to engage effectively with diverse groups and comprehend the cultural aspects of healthcare delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor"s Degree: such as a Bachelor of Healthcare Administration (BHA) or a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) are Required. Masters level preferred.
Certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma.
