Job Details
Responsibilities:
Facilitate project kick-offs and ensure smooth transitions from estimation to execution.
Manage project buy-outs, submittals, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project.
Coordinate with the Controller and Project Accountant to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.
Organize preconstruction meetings and site visits, and maintain communication with the Safety Director for project safety plans.
Prepare job binders and conduct hand-off meetings with field management teams.
Review daily reports, approve timecards and bills, and address issues with General Superintendents.
Generate project billing, update schedules and cost analyses, and manage change orders.
Perform monthly cost-to-complete reviews and project billing status checks.
Oversee project close-out processes, including punch lists, as-built documentation, and retainage billing.
Conduct post-project analysis and ensure all project information is properly archived.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
