One of our top clients is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in the hospitality industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the hospitality sector and possess strong leadership and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hospitality projects from concept to completion, including pre-design, design, construction, and post-occupancy phases.
- Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Lead and manage project teams, including architects, interior designers, engineers, and consultants.
- Foster strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and budget.
- Ensure adherence to design standards, building codes, and industry regulations.
- Prepare project reports and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of [number] years of project management experience in the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, restaurants, etc.).
- Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Autodesk BIM 360).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- LEED accreditation
