This position will oversee both commercial and residential roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a Roofing Project Manager, you will be the point person for our clients, providing them with exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all stages of project life cycle, including conception, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Manage commercial and residential roofing projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure all work is being carried out according to plan and to identify any potential issues or risks.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed.
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained and updated, including project plans, contracts, and financial records.
- Comply with all relevant regulations and standards, ensuring all work is carried out safely and to the highest standards.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and any potential issues or risks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry, specifically managing roofing projects.
- Proven experience managing both commercial and residential roofing projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and quality standards.
- Exceptional project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and issues effectively, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to oversee all aspects of a project and ensure it is completed to the highest quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in relevant software, including MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.
- Certifications in project management or related field are a plus.
