As the Project Manager I, you will be responsible for supporting other project managers on internal and external projects for the organization. We want to leverage your skills and experience to drive positive results and help us keep our operations running smoothly. What you'll do on a typical day:
- Assist project managers with the creation of project purchase orders, budget tracking and project close out activities for projects
- Document processes for project management organization including training on implementation process, governance and onboarding new teammates within the PMO
- Provide support to project managers by creating project reporting and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
- Provide analytical, troubleshooting, training or escalation support for project management tools including Smartsheets
- Participate in meetings with Operations to assist in tracking tasks related to warehouse moves or shutdowns
At a minimum, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience creating and documenting processes and procedures
- Experience using Smartsheets, building project plans and dashboards
- Ability to Ability to quickly learn new technologies and apply learnings
- Adaptable to change and able to successfully perform in an evolving environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Transportation
- 1 year of experience in operations or project management
- Engineering or business-related experience
- Experience with any project management tools
