Overview
Ensures projects are managed with professionalism and customer satisfaction from concept to implementation. Implement best practices, control scope, schedule, and budget, collaborate across departments. Ensure coordination of resources, alignment with senior management, and enforcement of standards. Foster a positive team dynamic, ensuring economical project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Supports best practices for project management and uphold standards.
- Utilize scope, schedule, and budget tools for effective project control.
- Collaborate with various departments to improve internal and external processes for engineered solutions.
- Support Product Management in identifying new opportunities, clients, and solutions.
- Provide project execution advice during the tender process and manage contracts.
- Coordinate and allocate resources at a project level.
- Ensure effective reporting and integration of projects with Senior Project Managers and Program Managers.
- Work cross-functionally to align staffing and supplies with customer schedules and budgets.
- Manage change requests to scope, schedule, and budget with clear decision-making processes.
- Review and organize project deliverables before client submission.
- Enforce project standards and internal controls.
- Monitor invoicing and receivables, and address project legal aspects as needed.
- Ensure economical project execution.
- Foster a positive team dynamic, resolve conflicts, and promote open communication.
Experience
- Preferably holds an Engineering degree with 2-5 years of project management or operations experience, including in Pipeline Integrity.
- Prior experience in new product development project management (NPD) required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Possesses global thinking abilities and can work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of working in fast-paced environments.
- Exhibits good commercial acumen and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Products.
