About the Job
A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in the project management field to include five (5) years of experience with commercial or government fuel terminal/pipeline operations or projects.
Management experience also includes design, installation, logistics, and technical support of large, complex integrated electronic/electrical/mechanical systems.
Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college.
PMP certification preferred.
Must have a legal right to work in the US that does not require sponsorship now or in the future.
Must be able to pass Government background investigation.
This position will be the project manager of individual or multiple task orders, supervising the day-to-day project operations. They may organize and direct teams of contractor personnel drawn from other labor categories. Shall have expertise in and current knowledge of the methodologies for project development. As overall project manager, they will serve as the primary interface and point of contact with the Manager of Projects on program/project issues. They will supervise program/project operations by developing plans and procedures, and execution of the technical effort. Must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) as they will be the primary point of contact with government/commercial project engineers and managers.

Opportunity evaluation for Bid/No Bid decisions
Customer relationship building and development
New Lines of Business (LOB) evaluation
Participation with Proposal development
Technical Volume development
Pricing and Level of Effort (LOE) estimations
