Project Manager III - Sumeru Solutions

Duties:

As a Project Manager within one of Okta's engineering teams, you will guide the successful delivery of key projects focused on developing metrics that will measure productivity within our engineering pipeline.

Duties:

• Collaborate directly with a variety of technical leaders within engineering who are accountable for owning the delivery of these productivity initiatives.
• Work closely with executive leadership; craft comms and presentations decks for an executive audience.
• Work with the technical leaders to build ambitious, yet achievable roadmaps for their project deliverables.
• Build and maintain robust project documentation (including dashboards, project trackers, meeting notes, blog posts, etc); ensuring projects are tracked and reported.
• Be the primary conduit between Engineering Operations & the various project teams.
• Act as a proactive leader; drive deliverables by holding teams accountable and helping them work through roadblocks.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
