- Testing & Validation: Oversee the testing and validation of integrations, coordinating with QA teams and stakeholders to ensure successful data exchanges, correct functionality, and system performance post-integration. Ensure all integrations meet compliance and security requirements.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with API and third-party integrations early in the project lifecycle. Proactively develop strategies to address technical challenges, resource constraints, and data incompatibility issues.
- Documentation & Technical Specifications: Work closely with engineering and product teams to develop and maintain comprehensive integration documentation, including API specifications, data flow diagrams, and system architecture references.
- Continuous Improvement: Conduct post-integration reviews and retrospectives to gather insights on what went well and identify areas for improvement. Implement lessons learned to enhance future integration projects.
- Progress Tracking & Reporting: Monitor project progress, reporting on key metrics such as delivery timelines, scope changes, and any issues that arise during the integration process. Prepare regular status updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Dynamic Environment & Continuous Learning: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Continuously learn about new API technologies, SaaS platform updates, and integration best practices to adapt to evolving challenges.

- Tenacity & Results Orientation: A proactive, tenacious approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to driving integration projects to completion and delivering high-quality results.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
