About the Job
Excellent opportunity to work for a leading company that is located in Irwindale, CA. This is an in office position. Full benefits and annual bonuses.
Specialize in design and construction management of street, storm drain, and water; including resource management in Southern California.
Experience in a variety of civil engineering projects; including:
* Manage Public Works/Private projects
* Prepare bids, estimates, change orders, RFI's
* Assist with project planning sessions
* Coordinate with staff and internal resources
* Assist with project progress and adapt work as required
* Ensure projects meet deadlines
* Manage/maintain relationships with Local Agencies
* Review contract related documentation
* Oversee incoming and outgoing project documentation
* Coordinate material/equipment delivery
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Publisher
* Skilled in AutoCAD
* Good public relations
* Written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage high stress situations
* Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements
* Leadership skills
* Big-picture thinking and vision
* Conflict resolution skills
