Project Manager (IT Infrastructure) Remote from Collabera

Accountable for the successful delivery of a large, multi-year global project to migrate users from a legacy voice system to Teams, covering 65 locations and 10,000 users, including user enablement, physical phone deployment, and decommissioning of the old system

Partner with third-party implementation vendor to develop and execute the project plan, work breakdown structure, and identify the critical path, ensuring timely task delivery and milestone achievement.

 

Coordinate with vendor and teams to deliver project tasks, hold the vendor accountable for meeting deliverables and timelines, and manage resource allocation across both parties.

 

Lead project activities, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of business value, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.

 

Manage project communications, including sponsor interactions, meeting management, and reporting, and prepare materials for steering committee and leadership meetings.

 

Oversee change control processes, assess impact of requested scope changes on schedule, cost, and resources, and create risk mitigation and contingency strategies.

 

Make key decisions on resource requirements, schedules, solution options, and project budgets, and manage financials to ensure adherence to approved spend projections.
