Position Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction, from initial planning through project close-out. This role requires effective leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of assigned commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project workflows.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure project milestones, quality, and safety standards are upheld.
• Oversee procurement processes, including contract negotiation and vendor management.
• Provide regular project updates and communicate progress to clients and stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, ideally with both ground-up and renovation projects.
• Proven track record of managing projects valued between $1 million and $25 million.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
