Job Details
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing healthcare and/or federal construction projects
- Proven track record of successful project delivery for the VA or Army Corps of Engineers
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Manage large-scale healthcare and federal construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with VA and Army Corps of Engineers standards and regulations
- Mitigate risks and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and executive leadership
