Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager. We are looking for an experienced licensed (PE or SE) structural engineer to lead projects and personnel. The position requires managing projects and people from start to finish of a project from schematic design through construction administration. The role includes engineering, problem-solving, communication and coordination with all other consultants, and internal coordination of projects and people. Projects include wood, steel, concrete, masonry, and light gage structures. The role involves working closely with the team to meet project goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Licensed engineer (PE or SE)

• 5+ years of experience with structural engineering design and document production of buildings not roads or bridges.

• Strong communications skills internally and with other design consultants.

• Great leadership skills and mentor to other employees.

• Experience in Project Management

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
