About the Job
Job Summary:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. You will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
- Manages job sheets and work progress.
- Accurate Site Measurements for jobs.
- Ordering door fronts, boxes, rails, hinges, plywood, trim, etc.
- Preview jobs before starting and go over all items with customers to inform them of our processes before starting.
- Responsible for loss prevention by verifying that all materials used on the project are accurate and match the job sheet materials list.
- Setting project timelines and ensuring the organization of all contractors necessary to complete the job.
- Ensures that all the projects stay on schedule, and progress in a timely, cost-effective manner, making changes and adjustments as necessary.
- Maintains constant knowledge of project dates, times, and schedules and notifies all necessary parties daily.
- Communicate with all clients via JobTread regarding the project start date and provide instructions on how to prepare for our arrival.
- Communicate with all clients daily via JobTread regarding project updates and the time of contractor arrival.
- Communicate with all clients via JobTread when the project installation is to be completed.
- Enters daily logs in JobTread for all projects
- Notifies accounting via JobTread on project milestones for invoicing purposes
- Request sign-offs for clients during the different phases of the project.
- Resolves client and/or contractor grievances if needed.
- Motivates and monitors the progress of work being performed on the project by employees and contractors.
- Serves as a key resource for project information and resolves problems or questions.
- Respond to all customer inquiries within a 12-hour timeframe.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean and organized.
- Report any order discrepancies for projects or issues to the proper co-workers.
- Drive company transport vehicles when necessary to move stock and/or delivery materials to a job site.
- Demonstrate commitment to all safety standards always.
- Oversee product installation at all job sites.
- Provide project updates daily.
- Works on special projects as requested.

Job Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience as a Project Manager.
- Experience using Project Management & Scheduling Software.

Physical Demands:
- Able to perform repetitive bending, standing, and walking for long periods and/or up to 8 hours during a working shift.
