Job Description
- Project Manager/Scrum Master with Strong Agile exp.
- Understanding all aspects of SDLC from project management, gathering business requirements, data and process modeling, analysis, design, build, testing, implementation
- Assisted with internal and external communication, improve transparency, and cross-functional communication
- Create JIRA KPIs, track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress on frequent basis
- Expert with Atlassian Tools (such as JIRA, Confluence...etc.)
- Break down concepts into user stories
- Organized and facilitated project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint, release planning, demos, and other
- Create and manage the product backlog grooming

- They are working on latest and greatest tech stack. E.g. nodejs, reactjs, java, scala etc.
- They want someone who can lead the team of young millennials. Lot of these guys are Type A personalities.
- Someone who has been part of projects with latest tech stack and have experience delivering it.
- Good example of the high energy individual in the way he conducts himself
- Team still lacks adoption of agile, need candidate who is super strong in Agile.

- Candidate should have experience with strong devops culture
- Experienced at tools like Jira
- High Energy individual who can manage projects with Type A personalities
- Proven track record with CSM/PM who in addition to coaching/mentoring can help organize and drive the delivery
