ERP International, LLC (www.erpinternational.com) is currently seeking a Junior Project Manager. The Project Manager will work as a part of an Agile team performing DevSecOps. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analysis with familiarity of project management methodologies, particularly Agile, and will be adept at facilitating team collaboration and driving project success.
Job Location: Hybrid - On customer site (Ft. Meade) with telework options.

Pay Range: $75,000-$90,000
The salary range for this position is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, qualifications, skill level, and location. The final salary offer will fall within this range and will be commensurate with the candidate’s background and the specific demands of the role.

Responsibilities:Responsibilities:
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation, tracking progress against milestones and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing Agile practices and encouraging team collaboration.
- Assist in the development and implementation of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Prepare and present project status reports, metrics, and updates to stakeholders and management.
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members, promoting Agile principles and practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must have or be able to obtain active DoD Security Clearance of Secret or higher
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or other related scientific or technical discipline. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
- PMP or other project management certification (CAPM, CSM, or other equivalent)
- Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or a related role.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within an Agile environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project).
Preferred:
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM or equivalent).
- PMP or PMI-ACP management certification.
- Experience working in a federal contracting environment.
- Familiarity with additional project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Lean).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong experience in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
