Maximus is searching for a Talent Management Project Manager to join our growing Talent Management team. This role will report to the Director of Talent Management and support the talent and learning strategy for Maximus.
The role will partner with human resources (HR) colleagues and key stakeholders in the business to improve processes, measure performance, support organizational change management and ensure we are developing and executing on corporate strategies and implementing programs that are in alignment with the business in order to strengthen the skills of our talent.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Balance the workload of multiple L&D Projects per the agreed upon timelines.
- Support the development of short- and long-term strategies that are actionable and measurable.
- Provide effective project intake with development of project plans including key milestones and deliverables.
- Support with the implementation of communication and change management strategies.
- Facilitate meetings with Business Stakeholders and appropriately engaging other L&D Resources
- Conduct discovery activities to determine the desired performance outcomes and existing performance gaps based on business needs
- Develop program assets and materials including e-learning courses, virtual events, facilitation guides, learner workbooks, job aids, etc.
- Facilitate and deliver classes to key populations including our Supervisors, Managers, and Leaders
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to package, deliver and manage programs through the Learning Management System, as needed
- Support additional HR programs and projects related to Employee Engagement and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion as required by HR Leadership
• Assist with developing change management, organization design and workforce transition strategies, tools and programs that enable the success of Maximus' Strategy
• Support end-to-end change management activities on one or more organizational-wide transformation initiatives, including process re-engineering, change management planning, organization design, stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, communications, business readiness and transition planning
• Collaborate with senior business and HR leaders, as a subject matter expert, to strategically integrate and operationalize talent & learning initiatives within business strategies to drive business outcomes. This includes but is not limited to talent reviews, assessments, career development, and succession planning
• Collaboratively support the development if toolkits, templates and other resources that enables process improvement, change enablement, organization design workforce
transition, and business continuity planning for initiatives
• Stay current on innovations and trends within the HR industry, specifically talent management
• Drive development of agendas, presentation materials, and status reports to enable successful cross-functional, transformation efforts and talent strategy development
• Structure and facilitate data gathering and analysis activities, including but not limited to interviews, focus groups, workshop, listening sessions, and surveys
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-7 years of related work experience in L&D Project Management, Instructional Design, facilitation experience and/or Learning & Development Proficient Microsoft Office skills, PowerPoint Skills, Excel
- Skills Ability to communicate effectively and function independently as a part of a remote team
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key business leaders
- Strong knowledge of instructional systems design methodologies; training analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
