- Develop and manage the project plan, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Lead cross-functional teams and oversee the data transfer/migration process to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Confirm PMO processes and principles are adhered to by the project team(s).
- Create project plans using MS Project (Gantt Charts), tracking milestones and monitoring foreseen risks.
- Oversee risk management and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
- Monitor financial performance and manage the transfer process, including analysis and documentation.
