Title: Project Manager- Marketing
Location: Bolingbrook, IL (Hybrid)
Duration: 4 Months
Job Description :
Key Responsibilities:
- Support category marketing projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are tracked.
- Develop detailed project plans, outlining milestones, tasks, resources, and timelines.
- Set-up meetings that support campaign execution, and recap follow-ups/decisions made
- Create a master calendar ensuring priorities, seasonal and product launches are tracked.
- Support brief and strategy development by securing customer insights and market trends.
- Track and analyze performance metrics and budgets of campaigns.
- Assign roles and responsibilities with cross-functional teams to track to campaign development and execution
- Monitor and report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate teams and escalate challenges as necessary.
Key Qualifications:
Experience:
- 5 years of experience in marketing project management, preferably within a category management, retail or consumer goods environment.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional marketing campaigns, from planning to execution.
Skills:
- Strong project management skills with proficiency in management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
