About the Job
Disney Entertainment Television is seeking a Project Manager to join the Creative Operations team, supporting creatives in executing 360 campaigns. The creative organization spans ABC, Hulu, Onyx, Freeform and more. Project Management tracks key milestones and manages the creative scope with partner teams. They work with Ops Management to ensure assets are delivered to market on time. Responsibilities:
+ Day-to-day management of creative development workflows, safeguarding projects’ adherence to schedules and budgets across multiple teams and disciplines.
+ Liaise with strategy, creative, media, legal, finishing and other crucial stakeholders, to ensure alignment and approval of campaign assets.
+ Document details of creative requirements in multiple project management and asset management systems.
+ Translate media plans and specs into creative requirements.
+ Escalate issues when creative development hits roadblocks or encounters delays.
+ Lead cross functional meetings with Campaign Managers/Strategists to execute b campaigns, ensuring alignment with project timelines, creative vision, and budget constraints.
+ Master tools for project coordination, workflow and management.
+ Continue to find ways to streamline the production process and lead the way in standardizing processes and procedures to maximize efficiency.
+ Consider brand, performance, business, and KPI requirements while overseeing and guiding Campaign initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of experience in a professional advertising, entertainment, or marketing environment.
+ Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey thoughts and concepts effectively.
+ Strong grasp of project management principles, thriving under pressure, and making real-time decisions to meet tight deadlines.
+ Aptitude for providing and receiving constructive feedback to foster growth in all creative endeavors.
+ Proficient in presentations and written documentation.
+ Adaptability to a dynamic work environment with a keen eye for detail, accuracy, and quality.
+ Diplomacy and tact are key to success in this cross functional environment.
+ Understanding of digital, video, and print asset creation and approval cycles.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
+ Experience with Airtable, Jira, and/or Google Office Suite.
Required Education:
+ BA/BS degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $94,200 to $126,200 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
