Job Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. The Project Manager will plan and designate project resources, monitor progress and keep stakeholders informed during the entire process from planning through delivery. Liaises between project members, cross-functional teams, 3rd Party vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, and communications. Monitors task completion status to identify at risk project tasks, and to develop mitigation plans. Additional responsibilities will include helping to create documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, and Return on Investment (ROI). Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, marketing and sales on development, and the release of products.
Role and Responsibilities

The requirements listed below are representative of the fundamental knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform the job successfully:
- Prepares, develops and coordinates the Integrated Master Schedule to meet all Company objectives
- Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across all company functional groups
- Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and logic conflicts
- Analyzes schedule for critical path, recognizing implications of changes and assists in the development and incorporation of work-around plans into the schedule when change is required
- Coordinates between project sponsor, project members, cross functional teams and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements and schedules
- Develops necessary scheduling reports and metrics to enable management decisions
- Develop basis of estimate (BoE) documents related to program integration labor and ensure supporting functional BoEs follow standardized development processes
- Develop mechanisms for monitoring and controlling project progress, deliverables and changes
- Directly assist Stakeholders in project development to ensure timelines are met
- Maintain Change Control Process
- Prepares Agendas, meeting notes and project summaries
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience delivering in-house software platforms
- Ability to strategize and solve problems.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- BA/BS degree strongly preferred
- PMP Certification strongly preferred
- Min 5 years Project Management experience
- Proficient with Project Management Tools i.e. Microsoft Project, SmartSheet, Knowledge of Wrike a plus
Physical Demands
While performing general office duties for this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand and/or walk around (including the use of stairs). Other demands include the ability to openly communicate with others by talking, listening, and reading, being able to lift light objects (<25lbs), and using standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and phones. In addition, there is an occasional need to bend, twist or stoop to open/close cabinets, and reach for files or other standard office-type objects.
Work Environment
The office environment is quiet and, in a temperature, controlled setting with random adjustments in noise or temperature due to conversations, unscheduled maintenance repairs to the building or its interior offices, or unpredictable situations due to weather or other acts beyond company control. An employee must be willing to work their regularly assigned work schedule for their duties and/or job responsibilities and in times of need, be able to work an extended schedule depending on the company/department needs, project requirements, or customer demands.
