Required:

Bachelor’s Degree

Demonstrated experience in successfully leading major corporate projects using Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies

Familiarity with project management tools and software packages

Familiarity with Enterprise Risk Management frameworks and tools

Strong customer focus and team orientation

Ability to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive company information

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact and work effectively with employees at all levels within the organization

Ability to manage time, set priorities and work independently

Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Programs

Professional Certifications in Project Management (PMP, CSM, Safe5 Agilist)

Desired:

Insurance industry experience

Minimum of 3-5 years related experience managing complex projects highly preferred

Experience managing technical project including system upgrades, enhancements and new application business development

Prior business analysis experience, including development and documentation of business processes and requirements, systems testing, training, and project implementation

Professional designations in Project Management

Professional certifications in Enterprise Risk Management
