Project Manager - Selectek, Inc.

Selectek has a full-time opportunity for a talented Project Manager/Estimator to join our team at a leading structural steel and architectural façade subcontractor in the greater Milwaukee, WI metro area. You'll play a key role in securing projects, managing them from proposal to completion, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in structural systems and construction to:

• Partner with the department head to identify and win new business opportunities.
• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates and bids.
• Collaborate with clients and designers to understand project needs and overcome challenges.
• Manage all aspects of awarded projects, including shop drawings, material procurement, installer scheduling, and project completion.
• Analyze and interpret structural and architectural drawings with precision.

To be successful, you'll possess:

• A solid understanding of structural systems and construction best practices.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry.
• The ability to read and interpret structural drawings and perform takeoffs.
• A proven track record of success in sales and/or project management.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• A commitment to quality and a proactive approach.

A college degree is a plus, but we value the right qualifications and experience above all.
